Meet Our Team

Adrian Dempsey MSc (Ost Pediatrics), BSc (Hons) Ost.

Adrian graduated in 1995 with a BSc (Hons) Ost degree. He has worked in many different practices in the UK and NZ. The past few years have been spent completing his Masters Degree in Pediatric Osteopathy in the UK. Within this time, he treated babies and children in private clinics and later tutored other osteopaths in association with The Foundation for Pediatric Osteopathy in London. This also included working in the neonatal wards at Barnet Hospital in London. 
Further interests include visceral manipulation, that is assessing the relationship between the body's organs and how they influence the muscles and joints in the body.
Adrian also treats adults for back and neck pain, headaches, shoulder, hip, asthma and sciatica among other presentations. 
Adrian is married to Tina and has two children, is a keen Taekwon-do student and gardener.

​Tina graduated with a Bachelor of Osteopathy Degree at the British School of Osteopathy in London.  Following graduation she completed a diploma in Classical Osteopathy under John Wernham’s Institute in Kent, UK, where one of the oldest osteopaths (98 yrs old) taught and researched osteopathy for over 71 years. 

After 15 years working in England, Tina has returned to New Zealand treating many conditions such as back, neck and shoulder pain and sport and work related injuries. Tina specialises in areas that may also be affected such as digestive dysfunction, menstrual problems, and poor respiratory function caused by asthma or low immune responses where colds are common occurrences.
